Jasmine oolong only selects flowers produced in Huatan, Changhua. Utilizing the aroma absorption characteristic of tea leaves, the critical craft of "scenting" is used to blend delicate young tea leaves with freshly picked jasmine for a tea that carries the rich aroma of jasmine. 
The process is akin to "dressing" the tea, as the tea's aroma must be perserved while absorbing the scent of jasmine flowers to perfectly embody the state of "increasing floral aroma through tea, and perfecting the flavor of tea with flora".
