The Alishan tea production area is situated in the mid-high levels of Chiayi at altitudes higher than 1200 – 1800 meters. The hills and forest here are often wreathed in clouds and mist, creating a unique local climate. This is an ideal location to cultivate High Mountain Oolong Tea that delivers a naturally sweet taste via simple brewing. From now on, you can taste your favorite mountain in your favorite cup of tea.

Sun Moon Lake Black Tea

TTS #18 Hong Yu Black Tea is a tea unique to the Sun Moon Lake tea production area in Yuchih Township, Nantou. It is a blend of wild Taiwanese mountain tea and Burmese big-leafed black tea with a fragrant bouquet and a mellow taste. Taiwan-produced black teas, just like the people of Taiwan, are warm and sincere in nature.

Muzha Tieguanyin Oolong Tea

The Zhengcong Tieguanyin (Muzha Iron Goddess Tea) of Taipei’s Muzha District is produced by wrapping the first roast of undried tea leaves in cloth. After hand rolling, the tea is roasted under low heat repeatedly until dry. In this way the sweet aroma is assured. The tea is brewed at 95˚C till a fruity and floral fragrance is obtained, the result of the time-consuming roasting process.
